I am a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints or commonly known as the Mormon church.  I believe that I lived in Heaven as a spirit before I came to Earth.  I believe that I chose Heavenly Father's Plan of Happiness which includes coming down to Earth and obtaining a physical body.  The reason I can't remember my pre-earth life is because Heavenly Father wants me to learn by faith and not by sight.  I believe that he chose Jesus Christ, His Beloved Son, to come down to Earth in order to take upon himself the sins and pains of everyone in the world.  I believe that I can return to live with God again.

I also believe that the Holy Bible and the Book of Mormon are true.  They are the word of God revealed to His prophets.  The Book of Mormon is another testament of Jesus Christ.  It is an ancient record that was written by prophets on the American continent.  I do believe Christ visited the people of America soon after His resurrection.  This is recorded in 3 Nephi chapter 3 in the Book of Mormon.  This book was brought forth by a prophet named Joseph Smith.  He translated the record by the gift and power of God.

I know this by much studying and prayer.  The Spirit of God is real and God does speak to apostles and prophets today!  His Church has been restored after centuries of being lost.
